and my trusty blue chair was one of them. Jared purchased this fine piece of craftsmanship 12 years ago in preparation for our move to Chicago for his Master's program. It was $10 and worth every penny.
I nursed 3 babies in that chair (the 3 boys--Rachel wouldn't cooperate)...which is why we had it for so long. Each time we had a baby Jared begged me to get rid of it and let him buy me a new chair. We searched high and low, but nothing was to my satisfaction. So I hung on to Ol' Blue.
It's amazing that one would haul something like that from Provo to Chicago to Los Angeles to Houston...that means good chair!

My sincerest condolences Becky!( :
I"ve got one too, that Todd keeps asking me, can we leave this? It just hits my neck at the perfect spot. We'll see next week if it fits or not!
I feel like we are old blue - left behind! I am glad you are getting things done. As for potty training, I would probably remark that Jared would be free to take him to work and while he is working, get Seth potty trained. But, that would be why you are nice, and I am not!
I recognize Ol' Blue and believe it was purchased from the Carlson's-my best friend's parents. Could that be right? If so, I too will miss ol' blue. I spent some good times in that chair growing up...although I haven't nursed any babies in it. Thanks for the memories Ol' Blue. I mourn with you Beck. ;)
