I found this today when I cleaned out Luke's backpack. I immediately knew what it was, but did get it confirmed by Luke. It is a picture of Luke giving flowers to Ryan in the hospital and saying "I Love You". His dream is that Ryan won't have cancer anymore.He misses his best buddy!! Happy Birthday Ryan! We love you!
