My favorite thing about Mother's Day is the cards I get from my kids. If you guessed that this one is from Jonah you are right!

had a GREAT weekend. Luke, Seth and I--well, mostly I--weeded and planted the big flower bed in the back yard and designated a space for a garden... I also put together a hanging basket to go on the Pergola...I've always wanted one and finally have a place to hang one!

On Sunday we had a Mother's Day dinner at our house. It was great fun. Sweet Sarah surprised us all with a visit from SLC. We always love any time we can spend with her! I was spoiled by Jared and the kids...a nice breakfast...a long Sunday nap...and many nice gifts.To all the wonderful women in my life--young and old--I have learned so many things from watching you all! Hope you had a happy day!

I love all the flowers - I wish I had a great place to plant flowers in my yard (and a green thumb and...)on second thought, maybe I'll just enjoy yours. ( :
Glad that Mother's Day was so fantastic for you - you're well deserving of all the celebrating. I wish I could've been there for the big party - I heard it was fabulous. Can't wait to see you this summer!
I love when the planting is done! I planted all those beautiful pots and flower beds and then the bunnies came. And then the boys started shooting the bunnies with pellet guns. Dead flowers, dead bunnies, carnage everywhere!!! What happened to that peaceful garden I was enjoying?~ Linda
