Let it snow!

We woke up to our first snow fall. The squeals were like it was Christmas morning! It didn't take long for Jonah and Luke to start making dares to each other to run across the lawn--with no shoes on mind you--touch the fence and run back. They bet each other a dollar to do it. Both of them did it which means they didn't loose any money, but didn't gain anything except cold wet feet. Boys.

So my theory that is doesn't snow much in Boise doesn't seem to be panning out so well for me. I'm sure glad I finished up my project in the yard yesterday. I guess I really do need to buy a coat...and some gloves...and some shoes without decorative holes in them.

Welcome to Idaho!! You always know the people that moved from a warm part of the world, they were the first ones out this morning playing in the snow, without shoes. Enjoy and go buy yourself some boots.

How fun! The hardest part is realizing you need winter clothes, and boots, and mittens, and hats, and ice scrapers, and a shovel.................... and a money tree............... :)

I'm glad your kids had so much fun in the snow. When we get enough, we'll have to go sledding together. Our kayaks work really well as sleds.
