1 down 3 to go

After a long grueling process Jonah successfully removed a top tooth. I have never seen a kid with teeth that so desperately hang on.

Rachel lost her first tooth--with a little help from Cassie Twiggs and then learning to ride her bike--when she was 4½. At 6½ Jonah finally lost his first two last May while we were in Utah. He was so excited because most of his peers had been loosing teeth in Kindergarten and 1st and he had not. But alas...just weeks before 1st grade was to end he lost two within a couple of days!

Now...many of you know of his "incident" this summer. Trampoline, sprinkler...it wasn't pretty. He ended up in the ER with a pretty mangled mouth. He had 3 teeth that were affected by it and started to die. You would not believe how wiggly some of them are, but it has been almost 3 months and nothing until last night.

The tooth fairy came last night and left 50¢. According to the kids Seth's crib was also moved. I have not been up to check yet, but you should see the biceps on this tooth fairy!!
