Luke did a good deed and made my bed. He got the comforter on sideways, but we'll keep it until tonight. Yesterday was another bad day. He layed on the couch all day missing his soccer game. Oddly he was upset about it. (He usually complains about going) In the afternoon I started to notice some red spots on his cheeks. Seth had them Wednesday night. I'm not sure what it is/was, but they seem to be gone now. Jared stayed home with him for Sacrament Meeting and then I came home and swapped. It is so nice to have our church building a mile away so we can do that. In the past it's been a 20 minute drive.
Rachel had a Halloween party last night. A girl from church threw it. She had a great time. Picking a costume this year for her has been torture (for Jared and I). She finally decided she wanted to be an angel, (45 minutes before the party started) so I went on the search for angel wings.
All I could find were rainbow colored wings. I got them, but also picked up this cute Guinevere costume. When I got home I showed it to her and in an instant I was "Mother of the Year". Who knew. When we were getting in the car to go she kept saying, "This is SO cool mom. Thank you SO much!"The funny thing was she asked who Guinevere was and so we explained. Then when I was picking her up from the party she said, "Nobody knew who Guinevere was. They kept asking me and I was like 'You know King Arthur, Knights of the Round Table.'" (Say that with a "Da" voice and you've got the picture...)
She looked very pretty in it. It was a little short...I could only find a 4-6X. It made it about mid calf. Remind me next year to start on all of this in September.
